What the Women at Workplace indicators mean

WOMEN AT WORKPLACEOrbit · 22 May 2026 · 1 min read

The Women at Workplace section records six indicators for each company. Each one describes a factual, observable practice — present, absent, or not yet sourced.

Presence, not a verdict

An indicator notes whether a practice exists, with a source. It does not rate a company or rank it against others. Absence is shown as absence, never as a negative judgment.

When we do not know

If we have not sourced an indicator, the page shows "Not yet available" rather than an assumption. Sourced facts only.
