HOW WE WORK
Curate, structure, publish.
01
Curate
We identify companies and gather what is publicly known about how they work.
02
Structure
We organise every company into the same fixed shape, so pages are comparable.
03
Publish
We publish with a source and last-verified date on every fact. No ratings, no reviews.
What Orbit is — and is not.
ORBIT IS
- A structured, neutral view of companies, drawn from public sources.
- Factual indicators — Yes / No / Unknown — never ratings or scores.
- The same fixed shape for every company, including a Women at Workplace section.
- Sourced: every fact carries where it came from and when it was checked.
ORBIT IS NOT
- A review site or complaint forum.
- A job portal or marketplace (for now).
- A place for anonymous, unverified opinions.
- Pay-to-play — no company can buy a better page.
Our principles.
- 01
When in doubt, cut features.
Clarity over noise.
- 02
We don’t take sides between employers and candidates.
Neutrality is the product.
- 03
Every company page has the same shape.
Structure makes companies comparable.
- 04
We don’t charge until users return on their own.
Trust before monetization.
- 05
We don’t build ahead of evidence.
Validation before building.
